The Firm provides personalized assistance and consultancy in Commercial matters for companies, professionals, institutions and individuals. This area of activity is carried out in:
advice, study and drafting of a wide range of drafts in the field of commercial law, adaptable to the specific needs of the customer, with particular reference to the contracts of agency, mandate, bailment, company lease, franchise, contract, supply, sale and purchase of goods, acquisition and disposal of movable property;
assistance in contractual matters in the phase of negotiation;
